Parsvnath Paliwal City receives environmental clearance

Parsvnath will now be in a position to start the construction at the site soon.

New Delhi: Parsvnath Developers Ltd said on Monday that it has received environmental clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana, for the construction of proposed township project, Parsvnath Paliwal City, at Panipat in Haryana with gold grading.

After getting the environmental clearance, Parsvnath will now be in a position to start the construction at the site soon. As per the plan, the company shall be developing the proposed 162 acres township in phases, comprising 927 residential plots. Four per cent area has been reserved for commercial activity. The township will be developed on a plot area of 657547 sq. mt and the total built up area will be 216677.45 sq. mt. The project is expected to cost Rs 212.56 crore.

The township consists of plots, group housing, shopping mall with multiplex, club with swimming pool, dispensary and school, among others. The project is strategically located at Sector 38 & 39 at Panipat, near Devilal Choudhary Park, the company said, adding that the development of the township is expected to be over in two years from the date of commencement of work.
