Om Metals Infraprojects to build hi-end apartments
The project would be executed through the company's 100 per cent subsidiary, Om Metals Consortium, and is expected to be completed over the next 3 years

MUMBAI: Leading hydro-mechanical engineering company, Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd, today said that it has purchased around five-acres of property at Jaipur for Rs 158-crore, to develop high-end apartments.
The company, which has acquired the land through Maharaja Shree Umlad Mills Ltd, aims to develop high-end apartments focusing on niche clientele and provide world-class amenities, a press release issued here stated.
The project would be spread over 19,135-square metre area of land and is located at Prithviraj Road in Jaipur.
The project would be executed through the company's 100 per cent subsidiary, Om Metals Consortium Pvt Ltd, and is expected to be completed over the next three-years.
"We foresee a revival in the demand for luxury apartments. This project is in a prime location in Jaipur and will cater to the upper-end and niche segment audience," Om Metal Infraprojects' Director-Business Development, Vikas Kothari, said.
