Olympia appoints McNally as tech partner for Rs 900 cr project

CHENNAI: Property developers Olympia and Merlin has appointed engineering company McNally Bharat Engineering as technological partner for its upcoming Rs 900 crore project REFLECTION.

"McNally Bharat will be the construction partner for Olympia Merlin's flagship luxury project REFLECTION. It is a Rs 900 crore project located on the famous East Coast Road...", Olympia Merlin Developers Managing Director Ajit Chordia said here today.

The first phase of the project, spread on a 35-acre-land comprise 163 villas and 116 apartments and, is expected to be completed by 2016, he said in a statement.

"We are happy to be partner with McNally Bharat in bringing better quality residences for our customers. With advanced construction practices, procedures in quality control, time management and unique style, we aim to bring 'luxury' for our buyers (under this project)", he said.

REFLECTION would have high-end boutique resort for residents. It would be equipped with spa, sea-facing suites, gymnasium, indoor games, library, fine dining and bar, the statement added.
