Oberoi Realty launches twin projects in Mulund

MUMBAI: Oberoi Realty today launched two luxury residential projects in suburban Mulund area of the city.

Both the projects -- Eternia and Enigma -- are spread across nine acres and will have apartments of 3 and 4 BHK sizes. Eternia will have over 1,100 units while Enigma will have around 600, the company said in a statement.

It has appointed Singapore-based architect HB Design for the design development.

The company has so far developed over 36 projects at strategic locations across Mumbai aggregating about 6.5 million sqft of space. Another 24 million sqft projects are under various stages of development.
