KOLKATA: Tata Value Homes introduced a price protection plan for its consumers along with the 'National Home Owning Day' (NHOD) today, a unique opportunity for buyers to purchase their dream home with an easy payment plan.

Beginning towards the end of the week, home buyers will be offered Tata Value homes price protection for the first time in India.

Under the offer, customers can book homes by paying just Rs 30,000 followed by Rs 3.99 lakh for 1, 1.5 BHK, Rs 6.99 lakh for 2, 2.5 BHK and Rs 9.99 lakh for 3 BHK and rest on possession or after 2 years. In addition to this offer, as part the celebrations of the founder's month, the consumers would be entitled to a cash back of 50% of the booking amount.
