Nitesh Estates to develop housing project in Bangalore

CHENNAI: Realty firm Nitesh Estates today said it will be developing mid-income housing project--Nitesh British Columbia -- in Bangalore, worth Rs 300 crore.

Nitesh British Columbia is a joint development project at Kanakapura Road in southern Bangalore and will house 500 apartments, the company said in a statement here.

The configuration of apartments will be 2BHK and 3 BHK and will range from a large 900 sqft up to 1,800 sqft.

The apartment prices would start at Rs 35 lakh and go up to Rs 80 lakh depending on the unit size, it added.
