National RERA conclave to bring developer, authority, buyer on one platform
UP RERA has planned to bring officials of Housing Ministry, state government officials and RERA chairpersons from across the country to address the query of buyers and developers.

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), of Uttar Pradesh has planned to bring officials of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, state government officials and RERA chairpersons from across the country to address the query of buyers and developers.
“During the one-day conclave, we will have sector specific sessions focusing on Real estate financing, challenges for the sector and legal framework and regulatory issue,” UP-RERA chairperson Rajive Kumar told ET.
The concerned government agencies will have a closed door session on the following day. Housing Minister Hardeeep Puri and UP CM Yogi Adityanath is expected to be there for the event.
According to the RERA conclave website, the sector is expected to grow at a rapid pace, contributing USD 1 Trillion to the GDP of the country by 2030.
“In the coming days, as the pace of urbanisation grows, the real estate sector has a very important role in addressing the housing needs of millions in urban and semi-urban India,” the website says.
UP-RERA will come up with a white paper after the conclave and will adapt best practices followed by RERA of other states.
