NAREDCO elects Sunil Mantri as chairman, Parveen Jain President

NEW DELHI: Realtors' body NAREDCO today elected Sunil Mantri, CMD of Mumbai-based Mantri Realty as Chairman of the organisation.

Parveen Jain Chairman & Managing Director Tulip Infratech has been elected as the body's president, it said in a statement.

At the 17th Annual General Meeting of National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) held on September 30, Parveen Jain was unanimously elected President for a two-year term, 2015-2017.

NAREDCO also elected five vice presidents from all the regions of the country. Realty major DLF's CEO Rajeev Talwar, CEO was elected as Vice President North.

Formed in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, NAREDCO is the apex national organisation representing all stakeholders of real estate.

Union Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation is its Chief Patron.

NAREDCO works towards creating an environment conducive to growth of real estate industry and urban habitats in partnership with industry and government through advisory and consultative processes. It promotes transparency and ethics in real estate business.
