Merlin Group forms JV company with city based export co
Real Estate developer Merlin Group, today announced the formation of a joint venture company with city based export company, the Rajathi Group.

CHENNAI: Real Estate developer Merlin Group, today announced the formation of a joint venture company with city based export company, the Rajathi Group.
The name of the JV is Rajathi Merlin Projects Ltd. Addressing a press meet here today,Sushil Mohta, Managing Director, Rajathi Merlin said the company intends to invest Rs 1,000 crore over the next four years in the realty sector in the state.
The Joint Venture company would be investing Rs 1,000 crore through a mix of 75 per cent in townships and housing projects and 25 per cent in commercial development in Tamil Nadu, he said.
The company has acquired 40 acres of land at Sriperumbudur and is looking at acquiring 300 acres in Ocheri (90 kms on NH4), which would be large-scale integrated township development, he said
