MAN Group launches premium residential project, MAN Opus

MUMBAI: Leading realty player, the MAN Group, on Wednesday said that it has launched its premium residential project near the Dahisar check-naka, called MAN Opus.

The project that comprises 23-storied six towers along with separate parking facilities for each is expected to set a new benchmark in privileged living, a press release issued here stated.

The project is located on the Western Express Highway near suburban Dahisar check naka. It is also in very close proximity to Dahisar and suburban Mira Road railway stations (3-kilometres each) and within the range of 25-minutes from the domestic and international airports.

The upcoming metro railway station is just two kilometres away from the project site.

On the backdrop of festival season and an overall boom in the real estate market, the MAN Group has received an overwhelming response from buyers, registering 45 per cent of total sales during the pre-launch offer.

Commenting on the launch, MAN Infraprojects' Director, Nikhil Mansukhani, said, "Mumbai has barely any land left for development and demand for housing is increasing. Developers of the city will have to expand their horizon beyond mere construction and look for opportunities on the outskirts, where there is availability of land for mass housing with greater facilities and lifestyle coupled with the developing infrastructure facilities. Taking this thought forward, MAN Group has launched MAN OPUS near the Dahisar check-naka."
