Mahindra Gesco is now Mahindra lifespaces
Mahindra Gesco, the real estate development arm of the Mahindra group, will now be known as Mahindra Lifespaces.

MUMBAI: Mahindra Gesco, the real estate development arm of the Mahindra group, will now be known as Mahindra Lifespaces.
Explaining the rationale, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd's Vice-Chairman, Arun Nanda, said "the name change to Mahindra Lifespaces reflects the company's brand proposition of creating spaces for healthy living--whether homes or offices."
Mahindra Lifespaces was among the first corporates to step into the construction segment and has created a niche for itself, Nanda said in a statement here today.
On the company's new logo, the statement said it exemplifies the spirit behind the company's creations. Called 'Flower of Life', the logo encompasses flowers of different colours, with each colour signifying a vital aspect of life.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has successfully completed numerous projects in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon and New Delhi.
