Kotak Mahindra Bank debit card services to be unavailable for few hours on these dates

Kotak Mahindra Bank informed its customers via an email that some of its debit card-related services will not be available on March 17 and 18 for a few hours due to maintenance activity.

Kotak Mahindra Bank’s email to customers stated: “We would like to inform you that the Bank systems will be undergoing a maintenance activity on March 17, 2022 from 00.10 AM to 02.30 AM (IST) & March 18, 2022 from 00.10 AM to 02.30 AM (IST).”

The following services on the Kotak Bank Debit Card will be temporarily unavailable during this time according to the email: ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, Payment Tokenization, Cardless cash withdrawal, PIN authentication & PIN generation, Blocking or unblocking of card, Card Controls - Transaction amount limit modification & Activation or Deactivation.
