KNR Constructions Ltd will list on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday, February 18.

MUMBAI: KNR Constructions Ltd will list on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday, February 18.
The initial public offering of the company was subscribed 1.25 times, with the public issue receiving bids for 98 lakh shares against 78.74 lakh equity shares on offer.
Issue price was fixed on the lower side of the price band of Rs 170 and Rs 180 per share.
The proceeds from the issue will be deployed in BOT projects and towards the repayment of debt. The funds will also be used for purchase of capital equipment; and working capital requirement.
KNR Constructions provides engineering, procurement and construction services across roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
