ISO certification for ING Vysya Life
ING Vysya Life on Tuesday said it has received the industry-wide recognition of ISO 9001:2000 certification for providing customer services relating to policy issuance, post issuance services and claim processing.

BANGALORE: ING Vysya Life on Tuesday said it has received the industry-wide recognition of ISO 9001:2000 certification for providing customer services relating to policy issuance, post issuance services and claim processing.
"The certification comes from one of the country's premier certifying body - Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt Ltd, which has certified over 4,000 companies in India and has industry experience of specific processes and requirements of each business," an ING Vysya Life release said.
The certification is accredited by UKAS. ING Vysya Life said it was the second life insurance company in the country to receive this recognition.
