Income Tax Department searches at leading business firms in Kutch

RAJKOT: The Income Tax Department today carried out searches at business and residential premises of leading firms in Gandhidham of Kutch region.

Over 400 I-T sleuths were engaged in search of 50 business and residential premises of nearly five business firms engaged in real-estate and shipping, I-T sources said.

The search operation began this morning to find out duty evasion, they added.
