ICICI Prudential Life implements Intense' solution

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based software firm, Intense Technologies, today said the company has successfully implemented its software solution for private life insurer ICICI Prudential Life.
The solution, Intense's intelligent Enterprise Customer Communication Management Suite (iECCM), will enable the user firm for cost effective multi-modal delivery of branded customer documents.
"This (the implementation) illustrates the substantial value proposition of iECCM Suite for the insurance vertical," Intense Technologies' Chief Executive Officer, Raghav Sahgal, said in the release.
The solution will enable enterprises to provide a higher degree of empowerment and a qualitatively superior service experience to their customers, besides reducing costs and enhancing productivity, Sahgal added.
"The iECCM is a flexible solution that perfectly dovetails with our core insurance solution and doesn't require any additional software or hardware investments," Sumit Puri, Senior Vice President-IT, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance said.
Intense said its iECCM Suite has been implemented across more than 75 per cent of the domestic telecom space and has also been chosen by global majors across the banking, Telecom and Manufacturing verticals.
