ICICI Pru Life launches ClaimCare

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance on Tuesday launched ‘ICICI Pru ClaimCare’ for consumers to further enhance their claim settlement experience.

MUMBAI: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance on Tuesday launched ���ICICI Pru ClaimCare��� for consumers to further enhance their claim settlement experience. This new initiative is for direct settlement of health claims. With this ICICI Prudential Life becomes the first life insurance company in the country to move away from the third party administrator (TPA) to manage the process directly.

With ���ICICI Pru ClaimCare���, the company will ensure fair, hassle-free and prompt assistance towards settling health claims. Whenever a health claim situation arises, customers can now contact the company directly from anywhere and at anytime through its toll free number, mobile or can even avail its sms service.

Commenting on the new initiative Poonam Bhardwaj, Senior Vice President ��� Underwriting & Claims, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance said ���A critical component of the service delivery process is claims settlement and by managing it directly, we shall keep our underlying promise to the consumers, of a fair and speedy resolution of claims.���

Under ���ICICI Pru ClaimCare��� initiative, ICICI Prudential Life has set up a network of 2,500 hospitals, providing cashless service to policy holders across 488 locations across the country.
