Housing.com names Jason Kothari as CEO, Rishabh Gupta puts in his papers
Housing.com has promoted Jason Kothari as chief executive officer, filling the position with a full-time head five months after founder and former CEO Rahul Yadav was ousted.

Housing's COO and interim CEO Rishabh Gupta resigned from the company hours later, according to two people aware of the developments. Gupta had been named interim CEO after Yadav was fired in July for misconduct. His resignation is yet to be accepted by the board.
Kothari joined Housing in August as chief business officer and ran the company along with chief operating officer Kothari, a Wharton Business School graduate, previously was co-founder and CEO of US-based Valiant Entertainment, where he led the acquisition and turnaround of Acclaim Entertainment’s video game company.
Housing came under the control of its largest investor SoftBank after Yadav was fired. Since then, the company has revamped its top management, with none of the founders in key positions, and made several high-profile hires.
