HDFC to host property exhibition
To woo customers in the festive season, housing lender HDFC will host a two-day property exhibition - 'Budget Homes Show' on September 8 and 9.

NEW DELHI: To woo customers in the festive season, housing lender HDFC will host a two-day property exhibition - 'Budget Homes Show' on September 8 and 9.
HDFC would assist the home seekers in their property search by exhibiting over 28 projects with 5,000 budget houses on sale. Besides, the exhibition would house 15 developers under one roof to assist the visitors with home loan requirements, the company said in a statement.
"The show will assist visitors in focusing on their search and save them from the hassle of making multiple trips to various project sites, conducting due diligence and seeking experts' advise in matters of legal and technical documentation," HDFC Executive Director Renu Sud Karnad said.
The visitors would have an opportunity to chose from properties within the price range of Rs 1,800-Rs 2,800 per sq ft in the upcoming NCR areas of Indirapuram, Vaishali and Ghaziabad. Counsellors of HDFC would assist the visitors with their home loan requirements.
