Greater Noida Extension Master Plan approved

NEW DELHI: The NCR Planning Board on Friday approved the controversial Greater Noida Master Plan 2021, after all the chief ministers of member states as well as the urban development minister cleared it. This paves the way for builders to restart construction of around 2,00,000 apartments in various projects in the Noida Extension area of Greater Noida.

"The board has approved the revised draft Master Plan of Greater Noida with the recommended changes that have been agreed on by the Greater Noida Authority," said a senior official of the NCR Planning Board, who declined to be named.
