Godrej Properties, SBI enter realty projects marketing pact

Godrej Properties has entered into a pact with State Bank of India to market its realty projects to customers across India and overseas.

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties has entered into a pact with State Bank of India to market its realty projects to customers across India and overseas. Both companies jointly plan to host various co-promotional activities for customers in India as well as for non residential Indians in countries like the UK, US, and Singapore.

Under this joint effort, Godrej Properties will showcase its realty projects while SBI Home Loans will consider offering favorable home loan rates for the developer’s residential properties in Ahmedabad and Kolkata, the developer said in a release.

These favorable terms could be later extended to other residential projects of Godrej Properties' as well.

“SBI will be one of our preferred partners for marketing our projects across the country. Specifics such a as price proposition, (home loan) rate discount, and favorable structure for EMIs to our customers will be worked out soon,” said Girish Shah, Vice President Marketing & Sales, Godrej Properties.

At 1:49 PM on Thursday, shares of Godrej Properties were trading at Rs 803.45 on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.8% from Wednesday close.
