Godrej Properties launches fourth phase of Ahmedabad township project

Real estate developer Godrej Properties has launched fourth phase of its integrated township project Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad.

MUMBAI: Real estate developer Godrej Properties has launched fourth phase of its integrated township project Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad.

“We have already sold about 2500 apartments and look forward to continuing the strong momentum in this project,” said Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Director, Godrej Properties.

The company had opened bookings for third phase of this project in January.

Godrej Garden City, spread over 250 acres, proposes to house over 13,000 apartments and villas upon completion of the project.

The company plans to create facilities for transport, education, health-care, recreation, hospitality, retail and banking within the proposed integrated township. In the fourth phase, Godrej will offer two and three bedroom apartments with space ranging from 1,270 sq ft to 1,729 sq ft.

In line with its business strategy, Godrej Properties is developing this project under a joint venture development model and for this project the company is partnering with Shree Siddhi Group.

On Friday, shares of Godrej Properties closed at Rs 770 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.2% from Thursday.
