Godrej Properties launches 5th phase of township project in Ahmedabad

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched phase 5 of its township project Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad.

The new phase of the township project will offer two and three bedroom apartments at prices starting at Rs 35 lakhs, the company said in a release.

Under this phase, Godrej Properties has also launched convenience retail space City Square at the project. Phase 5 of this township project will have four 12-storey towers and will offer apartments measuring 1,150 sq ft and 1,550 sq ft, the company said.

Godrej Properties has so far, through its first four phases, launched 3,700 housing units at Godrej Garden City.

On Thursday, shares of Godrej Properties closed at Rs 531 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, down 0.2% over Tuesday's close.
