KOCHI: SmartCity, Kochi and the state government would soon sign a fresh lease agreement of the land earmarked for the project.
Welcoming the state government���s readiness to register the land, the SmartCity CEO Mr Fareed Abdulrahman has stated that ���there will be no further delay in getting SmartCity Kochi underway���.
According to him, despite the slowdown that has gripped the major economies of the world, the state will witness the rise of SmartCity which will transform Kochi into an IT and ITES destination. He said that the SmartCity Kochi would soon meet the Chief Minister of the state to update him about the progress of the project.
