First villa project in Cbe to be ready by April 2015

COIMBATORE: Real estate developer Casa Grande today announced launch of a residential project of 79 luxury villas and 32 apartments here.

Villas at 'Casa Grande Eternia' are priced between Rs 67 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore, while the apartments range from Rs 21 lakh onwards.T he project would be ready for occupancy by April 2015, M Arun Kumar, Managing Director, Casa Grande Pvt Ltd, told reporters here.

The project would be officially launched by this weekend and be ready by Apri 2015, he said.

Kumar said the company is targetting Rs 1,000 crore turnover by 2016, up from Rs 200 crore this year, of which Rs 100 crore was from Coimbatore, he said.

He claimed the company are the largest villa developers in Chennai, with Rs 800 crore villas and Rs 550 worth apartments at various levels of completion.

The company also plans o build holiday homes in Kodaikanal as many people prefer to have homes in hill stations, Arun Kumar said.
