NEW DELHI: The Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) on Wednesday deferred to November 29 the final hearing of DLF's petition against Competition Commission of India's order imposing 630-crore penalty on the company.

It has also given the fair trade regulator two more weeks to complete draft modifications in the sale agreements between DLF and apartment owners in two of its projects-DLF Park Palace and The Belaire-in Gurgaon.
On October 4, CCI had sought more time from COMPAT to complete the draft modifications.

The apartment buyers had earlier filed their draft of the agreement with the CCI according to its order. On August 12 last year, the CCI had imposed a 630-crore penalty on DLF after it found the company guilty of abuse of its dominant position in the market of Gurgaon.
