EWDL plans to invest Rs 3,000 cr in real estate projects

EWDL engaged in real estate development today said that it would invest Rs 3,000 crore in different projects in next five years.

INDORE: Entertainment World Developers Limited ( EWDL) engaged in real estate development today said that it would invest Rs 3,000 crore in different projects in next five years.

"In next five years, we will construct shopping mall, hotel and residential townships worth Rs 3,000 crore," EWDL Chairman and Managing Director Manish Kalani told reporters here while announcing plans for setting up a residential township.

He said that three shopping malls of EWDL were functioning - two in Indore and one in Nanded.

"We are working on a plan to develop six new shopping malls in next 12 to 18 months," Kalani said.

"Of these, five shopping malls will be operational in Raipur, Jabalpur, Bhilai, Ujjain and Chandigarh in the next financial year," he added.
