Equinox launches its maiden residential project in Bangalore

MUMBAI: Equinox Realty, the property development arm of Essar Group, today launched its maiden premium housing project in Bangalore.

The project, ' Water's Edge', marks Equinox Realty's foray into the residential segment.

Spread across eight acres, it will have five high-rise towers which will be among the tallest buildings in the IT city, a company release said here.

"We have always strived to be known for our differentiated and quality product offering rather than volume of our business. Water's Edge has been planned to offer a perfect blend of luxury and design matching global standards," Equinox Realty Chief Executive Cherag Ramakrishnan said.

Bookings for the apartments (3 BHK onwards) will start from April 17, the release said.
