Earth Infrastructures launches 3 new projects
All the three projects are aesthetically designed to offer a healthy work and living environment.

New Delhi: With a focus on green and eco-friendly construction, realty developer Earth Infrastructures Ltd has announced the launch of three projects -- Earth Tech One and Earth Studios at Greater Noida and Earth Copia at Gurgaon.
Riding on the success of its earlier projects -- Earth Towne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida -- Earth Infrastructures is aiming to cater to the growing demand in the upcoming realty destinations. All the three new projects are aesthetically designed to offer a healthy work and living environment.
Earth Tech One, for instance, is an IT/ITES project with fully-furnished office spaces, ranging from 350 to 750 sq ft. Ideally located in proximity to the Yamuna Expressway, Earth Tech One is set amidst Greater Noida’s Tech Zone, an upcoming professional hub. The company is investing about Rs 500 crore in this project, which is expected to be completed by 2013.
Earth Infrastructures’ Earth Studios is a fully-furnished studio apartment in Greater Noida’s Tech Zone. Strategically located to meet the residential needs of the global migrating community coming to this region and offering ‘walk to work’ convenience to the corporate executives, Earth Studio apartment is an ultra-luxury private living set amidst your own comfort zone. The company has planned an investment of Rs 100 crore in this project, which will have a total of 400 flats. The project is set to be completed by June 2013.
Earth Copia, on the other hand, is a residential project at Gurgaon, offering 3 & 4 bedroom apartments with an area ranging from 1900 sq ft to 2400 sq. ft. The project will entail an investment of Rs 400 crore.
Commenting on the launch of their upcoming projects, Vikas Gupta, director, Earth Infrastructures, said, “After the overwhelming response of Earth Towne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida, we are quite optimistic about our new launches and are sure that these projects will meet the needs of the target consumers. Our projects are designed in a manner that will create an international aura and a symbol of lifestyle statement.”
