CREDAI honors for ASI, Muttha Group

MUMBAI: Raising the bar of real estate awards, developers' apex body CREDAI has felicitated the Archaeological Survey of India ( ASI) with the 'Best Maintained National Monument' award for their maintenance of the historic Fatehpur Sikri.

At a star-studded and glittering award function held recently in Mumbai CREDAI also honoured the doyen of real estate, Shantilal Muttha, Chairman and Managing Director of Muttha Group of Companies, for his outstanding contribution to the real estate sector.

A relic of the Mughal era, Fatehpur Sikri stands out for irs archaeological beauty and even today its monuments inspire architects, engineers and developers and ASI is doing a wonderful job in maintaining its awe inspiring beauty even after 400 years.

CREDAI said ASI has done India proud. Felicitating Muttha, CREDAI has noted that the doyen has built an empire both in the world of real estate and social development from virtually nothing over his tireless three decade-long service.
