NEW DELHI: The Competition Appellate Tribunal (Compat) on Monday registered an appeal filed by DLF against the Rs 630-crore fine imposed by fair trade watchdog CCI on the realty major for abuse of dominant market position.
The tribunal will hear the matter on November 9.
