Citizens seek redressal from Noida Authority
Noida Authority has received the maximum complaints via emails and letters in the group housing department between May to May 29, 2017.

According to officials, Noida Traffic cell is the only department not to have received a single complaint during this time period. Out of the ten Work Circles in the city, no citizen has complained in at least six circles.
"The maximum applications received are with the Officer on Special Duty, Group Housing department, which number 140," said Saumya Srivastava, Deputy CEO (DCEO), Noida Authority. "None of these complaints have been redressed as they are from home buyers regarding their residential projects. This is because Noida Authority is already undertaking tripartite meetings with the builders for the projects", he explained.
DCEO further said that the commercial department has received 19 applications, which have yet to be redressed. "The Public Health department received 15 complaints, of which 7 have been addressed, while the building cell and planning department has also received 15 applications. None of these have been sorted out, yet," he said.
The Jal department has also recorded about 14 applications, of which 8 have been resolved. "Of the 10 issues reported in the Electrical and Maintenance department, we have solved 7 so far," Srivastava said. "All issues will soon be resolved," he promised.
