BE Billimoria bags Rs 500 cr construction contract

BE Billimoria & Co has bagged the contract to construct Noida-based developer Supertech’s flagship project, North Eye in Noida.

NEW DELHI: High-rise construction specialist BE Billimoria & Co has bagged the contract to construct Noida-based developer Supertech’s flagship project, North Eye in Noida. The contract is worth Rs 500 crore to build north India’s tallest residential project at 255 metres and 60 floors. The building will have a total area of 2.1 million sq ft.

The structure will include shopping and retail areas, residential and commercial floors, restaurants, recreation and sports options. Supertech also plans to build a swimming pool, an observatory and a helipad on the 60th floor. According to the contract signed between Digant L Kapadia, managing director, BE Billimoria & Co and RK Arora, chairman & managing director of Supertech, the building is to be completed in 45 months.

BE Billimoria & Co has successfully completed 500 projects including the residential building of the chairman of the Reliance Group at Mumbai, Planet Godrej, Petit Tower for Tatas and Lodha Bellisimo, which currently is the tallest building in India at 222 metres.
