Maharshi Valmiki Jayanti

Valmiki Jayanti is an annual Indian festival commemorating the birth of the ancient Indian poet and philosopher Valmiki, who is supposed to have lived around 500 BCE. The Balmiki religious group especially commemorates it. Valmiki is honored in India as the author of the epic work Ramayana, and Balmiki sect members worship him as God's incarnation.

Kati Bihu

Kati Bihu is a festival in Assam, India, commemorates the sowing season's completion and the start of harvesting. It's also known as Kangali Bihu, which means "poor"
