KOCHI: Asset Homes, a leading builder in Kerala, has drawn up plans for Rs 1000 crore residential projects in the state at different places.

The company will be introducing two projects in Thiruvananthapuram and five in Kochi immediately, V Sunil Kumar, managing director of the company said. The projects in Thiruvananthapuram include the state’s first child friendly apartment.

"Our mega township project at Kizhakkambalam in Kochi will be based on sports theme and will be one of the biggest in Kerala,’’ he said. The company has conceived this project to be called Asset Play as an epitome of healthy living with facilities for sporting activities like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, squash, golf, cycling, jogging and rock climbing apart from swimming pool and health club.

The company will celebrate August 17, the first of Malayalam calendar, by handing three completed projects to owners in Kottayam, Kochi and Kannur. The eight year old company became one of the few builders in the country to receive Crisil DA2 rating. The newly appointed brand ambassador of the company Malayalam actor Prithviraj accepted it for the company at a function held in Kochi recently.
