AHFC has set up a new department, Mahila Awaas Loan from Aspire (MALA), to exclusively cater to women customers.

INDORE: Aspire Home Finance Corporation (AHFC) today said it has targeted loan disbursement to the tune of Rs 1,700 crore in the current financial year and also plans to take its branch count to 55 from the existing 39.

"In the current financial year, we are hoping to disburse Rs 1,700 crore loan," AHFC Managing Director and CEO Anil Sachidanand told reporters here.

AHFC, a Motilal Oswal Group company, started its operations in June 2014 and in the last 18 months it has distributed Rs 1,300 crore loans to home buyers, he said.

He added that the company at present has 39 branches and plans to increase it to 55 at the end of FY16.

AHFC has set up a new department, Mahila Awaas Loan from Aspire (MALA), to exclusively cater to women customers.

The department, which has all-woman staff, has offices in Pune, Surat and Indore.
