Ashiana Angan Bhiwadi named best affordable housing in NCR & India
Around 8000 projects across 12 cities were competing for this award.

New Delhi: Delhi-based real estate player Ashiana Housing’s Ashiana Angan project in Bhiwadi has won the CNBC Awaz Real Estate Award 2012. The project won the awards under the categories of the best affordable housing in India & the best affordable housing in NCR.
Around 8000 projects across 12 cities were competing for this award, which focused on the ground performance of real estate projects as major criteria. Scientifically graded features and amenities offered in a project were another important aspect, while construction progress, timely delivery, in habitability and customer satisfaction were considered paramount for being adjudged as the “best project.”
