Arvind SmartSpaces launches new affordable housing project in Ahmedabad

AHMEDABAD: Arvind Smartspaces, part of the Arvind Group of companies, on Friday announced the launch of the first phase of its new affordable project in Ahmedabad called ‘Arvind Aavishkaar’.

The launch marks the creation of Arvind Smart City at Naroda Road, a hotspot of residential, commercial and retail projects developed by Arvind SmartSpaces. The development will consist of around 1200 units with a configuration of 2 BHK, with a carpet size of 475 to 650 square feet and prices starting from Rs. 20 lacs up to Rs.35 lacs. The 1.2 million sq. feet project will take place in two phases over the next 3 to 5 years.
