Antriksh group sells flats worth Rs 250 crore online

NEW DELHI: Realty firm Antriksh group has received online bookings of 335 flats, worth more than Rs 250 crore, for its upcoming housing project in the national capital.

The company would develop a 250-acres housing project under the DDA's land pooling policy.

"We have received booking of 335 flats through online sales. The value of these flats is over Rs 250 crore," Antriksh Group Director Abhishek Goyat said.

The company organised a flash sale yesterday through the e-commerce space, helped by real estate advisory firm Square Yards. The booking amount was Rs 10,000.

In a separate statement, Square Yards said the online campaign "resulted in the total sell-out worth USD 40 million" for the housing project 'Urban Greek'.

Antriksh group is currently developing 12 projects, mainly in Delhi-NCR.
