Alchemist Realty acquires Century 21 Properties India

NEW DELHI: Alchemist Realty today said it has acquired 99 per cent stake in Century 21 Properties India Pvt Ltd.

Century 21 Properties India holds the rights of 'Century 21' brand owned by US-based Century 21 Real Estate to franchise real estate brokerage and advisory services in India.

In a filing to the BSE, Alchemist Realty said it has "subscribed in 9,90,000 fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at par in Century 21 Properties India Pvt Ltd".

Century 21 Properties has become 99 per cent owned subsidiary of Alchemist Realty Ltd, the filing added.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC is the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organisation, providing comprehensive training, management, administrative and marketing support for the CENTURY 21® System, the filing said.
