Akshaya Homes to enter Karnataka, Kerala by 2015
Chennai-based property developer Akshaya Homes proposed to enter Karnataka and Kerala realty market by 2015.
The company would also have pan-India presence in another five years, Chairman and CEO of Akshaya Homes T Chitty Babu told reporters here.
He was speaking after launching Akshaya Homes' 11-storey housing project, claimed to be the first '4-star' rated apartments, in the city.
The 'Orbit 11' houses 30 exquisitively crafted three- bedroom, hall, kitchen homes, costing Rs.1.75 crore onwards for three different types of apartments, priced at Rs 7,5000 per square feet, he said.
He said the project had been given '4star' rating by CRISIL.
The project, 149th from Akshaya, costing about Rs.200 crore exclusive of the land, would be completed within 21 months, he said.
Akshaya planned to develop projects worth Rs.200 crore in the next three years in Coimbatore, luxury homes in Tiruchirapalli during this fiscal and and Salem and Madurai next financial year, he added.
