AEGON Religare Life Insurance launches improved iTerm Plan

Private insurer AEGON Religare Life Insurance today launched its new and improved protection plan, 'AEGON Religare iTerm Plan'.

The new iTerm is a continuation of the company's investment in the online distribution space to provide a robust, sustainable and profitable online platform for consumers, AEGON Religare said in a statement issued here.

"When we launched iTerm in October 2009, the market was at a very nascent stage....As a pioneer, we felt the time had come to revamp the original plan and pack it with value-added features," AEGON Religare Chief Marketing Officer Yateesh Srivastava said.

All existing customers of iTerm will be migrated to the new product, he added.

The entry age bracket is 18 to 65 years, with a minimum policy term of 5 and a maximum of 57 years. It offers a minimum sum assured of Rs 10 lakh.
