MUMBAI: Adani Realty, the real estate development arm of diversified Adani Group, is planning to launch three commercial projects spread over a total 1.5 million sq ft in the next six months, a top company official said.

The three projects, with a revenue potential of Rs 3,000 crore, include one with 8 lakh sq ft office space in Mumbai’s business district Bandra-Kurla Complex, which is nearing completion and the company will be giving out offices here for fit-outs by June.

“We are launching our commercial projects under the brand Inspire. Our maiden project is in Bandra-Kurla-Complex and we are planning two more commercial projects soon,” said Ajay Munot, CEO, Adani Realty.

“We feel we have entered the office space market at the right time when multinational companies as well as domestic firms across sectors are looking for large spaces and BKC has not seen any significant supply coming in.”
