Adani Enterprises subsidiary acquires Duryodhana Developers
Adani Green Energy, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has acquired 100% equity stake in Duryodhana Developers, Adani Enterprises said.

MUMBAI: Adani Green Energy, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has acquired 100% equity stake in Ahmedabad-based Duryodhana Developers, Adani Enterprises said in a regulatory statement on stock exchange.
Duryodhana Developers, incorporated in June 2015 is yet to commence its business operations, the statement added.
On Monday, shares of Adani Enterprises closed at Rs 81.35 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, up 1.6% over previous close.
