58% millennials prefer to work from office, only 15% from home: Survey

According to the survey, 65 per cent of the millennials prefer to have flexible timings for work.

However, most still prefer to work from offices instead of co-working spaces or homes, reveals a TimesJobs survey.

  • 4.85%: Respondents said they found their work meaningful and were happy with their current jobs.
  • 5.7%: Millennials said they will continue with their current jobs for at least a year.
  • 6.49%: Millennials believe that the biggest drawback of new jobs (Youtubers, bloggers) was lack of financial stability.

Source: TimesJobs survey was conducted among 1,427 freshers and millennials. All figures don’t add up to 100%.
