Yes Bank revises FD interest rates; introduces new tenure

Yes Bank has revised its fixed deposit interest rates for amounts below Rs 2 crore with effect from January 3, 2023. The bank will now offer FD interest rates between 3.25% and 7% on tenures ranging from 7 days to 10 years on regular deposits.

Special FD tenure
Yes Bank has launched a new special tenor of 15 months with an interest rate of 7.75% for senior persons and 7.25% for the general public, effective from January 3, 2023. Yes Bank launched a special 30-month FD tenure with an interest rate of 7.50% for everyone and 8.00% for senior persons, which became effective on December 9, 2022.


In October, Yes Bank launched a special FD with a tenure of 20 months to less than 22 months with an interest rate of 7.25% for regular investors and 7.75% for senior citizens.

Yes Bank fixed deposit interest rate
On deposits that mature in the next 7 to 14 days, Yes Bank is offering an interest rate of 3.70%, and on deposits that mature in the following 15 to 45 days, it offers an interest rate of 3.25%. Deposits with tenors of 46 days to 90 days will now earn interest at a rate of 4.10%, while those with tenors of 91 days to 180 days will now earn interest at a rate of 4.75%.

The interest rate for deposits maturing in the 181 days to 271 days is now 5.75%, while the interest rate for deposits maturing in the next 272 days to a year is now 6.00%. Currently, Yes Bank offers deposits with maturities ranging from 1 year to 120 months with a maximum standard rate of 7% per year.

Yes Bank senior citizen FD rates
The bank will now offer interest rates between 3.75% and 7.75% on tenures ranging from 7 days to 10 years on regular deposits for senior citizens. On special deposits, senior citizens can earn highest interest rate of 7.50% and 8.24% for senior citizens.
