Gold outlook

Prithviraj Kothari, managing director at RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd., president of IBJA says, "Gold and Silver prices have recovered from key support levels after reports that Iran received a 10-day ceasefire proposal, easing some geopolitical tension. However, investors remain cautious as rising odds of a December Fed rate hike (now 83%) and a strong dollar could pressure bullion in the near term. Despite this, light investor positioning after months of ETF outflows, along with strong Chinese demand and central bank buying, is cushioning gold prices. Technically, Gold's next move hinges on the $4,000–$4,200 range, while Silver's direction depends on whether it breaks above $63 or falls below $55."
