This week, India's stock market is about to get very busy
Ten companies are lining up to raise over ₹3,500 crore from investors between August 24 and August 31, 2026, one of the busiest IPO weeks India has seen in a while. Six of these are mainboard companies heading straight to the BSE and NSE, while four are smaller SME issues listing on dedicated platforms. From pharma and jewellery to forensic data and hospitals, this week's line-up covers an unusually wide mix of businesses. Here's the full breakdown, company by company.

Symbiotec Pharmalab: The week's biggest bet
Symbiotec Pharmalab is the heavyweight of the week, aiming to raise ₹1,757 crore, the largest issue on offer. The price band is set between ₹938 and ₹988 per share, with the issue opening on August 24 and closing on August 27, 2026. The pharmaceuticals and biotech company has already locked in ₹526 crore from anchor investors ahead of the public offer, a strong early signal of institutional interest before retail investors even get a look in.

Lumino Industries: Powering India's grid ambitions
Lumino Industries is looking to raise ₹700 crore through its IPO, with a price band of ₹78 to ₹82 per share. The issue opens on August 27 and closes on August 31, 2026, the latest closing window of all six mainboard offers this week. The company operates in power transmission and infrastructure, manufacturing equipment and running EPC contracts for electricity and utility projects, a sector riding India's ongoing push to expand and modernise its power grid.

Skyways Air Services: Betting on global logistics
Skyways Air Services is targeting ₹582.80 crore with shares priced between ₹131 and ₹138. The offer opens on August 24 and closes on August 27, 2026. The company operates in air freight and logistics, and plans to use the funds raised to drive global expansion and build out its infrastructure, a bet on India's growing role as a logistics and trade hub.
5/12
Annu Projects: Building India, one contract at a time
Annu Projects is raising ₹175.06 crore through a purely fresh issue, priced between ₹94 and ₹99 per share. The IPO opens on August 25 and closes on August 28, 2026. The company works in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and since this is a fresh issue rather than an offer for sale, all the money raised will go directly into the company for working capital needs rather than into existing shareholders' pockets.
6/12
Hy-tech engineers: The precision parts maker
Hy-Tech Engineers is aiming for ₹135.73 crore, with a price band of ₹50 to ₹53 per share. The issue opens on August 24 and closes on August 27, 2026. Based in Maharashtra, the company manufactures hydraulic fittings and high-precision machinery tools, the kind of unglamorous but essential components that keep India's industrial and manufacturing sectors running.
7/12
Priority Jewels: Betting on lightweight luxury
Priority Jewels rounds out the mainboard list, targeting ₹91.50 crore with a price band of ₹190 to ₹200 per share. This is the last mainboard IPO to open this week, launching on August 28 and closing on September 1, 2026. The company is a B2B designer and manufacturer focused on lightweight diamond-studded jewellery, catering to a segment of the luxury market that's grown quickly in recent years.

The SME wave: Smaller companies, bigger risk
Alongside the six mainboard issues, four SME companies are also hitting the market this week, listing on platforms like NSE Emerge and BSE SME rather than the main exchanges. These issues are considerably smaller in size, but come with a catch: SME IPOs typically require a much higher minimum investment from retail investors, often between ₹1 lakh and ₹2.5 lakh per lot, compared to a few thousand rupees for mainboard IPOs.
9/12
Madhur Knit Crafts: Weaving in working capital
Madhur Knit Crafts is raising ₹53.28 crore on the NSE SME platform, with shares priced between ₹95 and ₹100. The issue opens on August 24 and closes on August 27, 2026. The Ludhiana-based company manufactures textiles and home products, and plans to use part of the proceeds for green solar capital expenditure alongside general working capital needs.
10/12
Sumax Engineering & Kwick Forensic Solutions: Cars and crime-solving
Two more SME issues open mid-week. Sumax Engineering is raising ₹53.40 crore at ₹95 to ₹101 per share, opening August 25 and closing August 28, 2026, focused on the automotive aftermarket with tapes, refinishing and protection components. Kwick Forensic Solutions, listing on BSE SME, is raising ₹50.77 crore at ₹85 to ₹90 per share between August 27 and August 31, 2026 — a fast-growing business supplying forensic data tools and analytics to government and corporate clients.
11/12
ABH Healthcare: A hospital chain goes public
Closing out the SME line-up is ABH Healthcare, raising ₹34.98 crore on the NSE SME platform at a price band of ₹96 to ₹102 per share. The issue opens on August 24 and closes on August 27, 2026. The company runs under the Anil Baghi Hospital brand, operating a 150-bed tertiary care facility in Punjab, a rare healthcare listing in a week otherwise dominated by industrials and consumer names.

Before you apply: Know the risks
With ten IPOs opening in a single week, it's tempting to apply broadly — but not all issues carry the same risk. SME stocks in particular come with lower liquidity, larger lot sizes, and a history of sharp price swings once listed, along with the possibility of capital getting locked up if trading volumes stay thin. Mainboard issues tend to be more stable and liquid, but valuations, business fundamentals and price bands still deserve a close look before you decide where to put your money.
