The Super Sales Saathi app is aimed at empowering LIC’s intermediaries and field staff to serve customers more efficiently and confidently, right from onboarding to policy servicing. It offers digital tools for marketing insights, performance tracking, customer management and policy servicing, helping agents deliver faster and more streamlined services to families.

What benefits does the MyLIC app offer to policyholders?
After downloading the app, customers can view and manage their insurance portfolio at one place, and can also pay premiums instantly. They can track policy benefits in real time and avail paperless policy loan. Customers can update policies online and can also revive lapsed policies online.

How to register for LIC e-services online
Step 1: Visit www.licindia.in and Click on ‘Customer Portal’
Step 2: If you have not registered earlier for Customer Portal, click on ‘New user’
Step 3: You will be required to choose the user id and password of your choice and submit
Step 4: Login through this newly created user id and click on the option of ‘Basic Services’ - “Add Policy”
Step 5: Enrol all your remaining policies
