How policyholders can login to LIC online portal?

If you are a Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) policyholder, then you have to register yourself on the LIC e-portal to avail all the online services offered by the life insurer.
Facilities offered for registered users include:

• Online payment facilities
• Policy schedule
• Policy status
• Bonus status
• Loan status
• Claims status
• Revival Quotation
• Premium due calendar
• Premium paid certificate
• Claim history
• Policy Bond/Proposal form image
• Grievance registration
• Process of various services and online forms
• Locators

In addition to policies of your own, you can register policies for your minor children. As soon as the children become majors, a new user ID must be generated for them to access e-services related to their policies.

How to create LIC account to avail e-services

The first step is to create an account with LIC using your policy details. Follow the steps to register on the LIC portal.
Step 1: Visit the official website of LIC India.
Step 2: Under Online Services, Click on Customer portal
Step 3: Select New user from the option ‘New user or Registered user’.
Step 4: It will take you to new page to create new account
Step 5: Enter the below details on this page.
Policy number.

• The premium amount of your installments ( excluding taxes)
• Date of birth
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Gender
• Passport number and PAN number

Step 6: Click on Proceed
Step 7: Choose a Username and Password for creating the account.

How to log in to LIC customer portal to enroll for policies
Step 1: Go to e-Services and sign in with your user name and password.
Step 2: Enter the date of birth
Step 3: Click on ‘Sign in’
Step 4: The tab 'Enroll Policies' on the left-hand side of the site allows you to register your insurance.
Step 6: To check all your enrolled policies, choose 'View Enrolled Policies' from the drop-down menu.
